Refunds within Estonia

We're sorry that the item of clothing wasn't a fit, but that's okay. You have the option to return the product and get a refund, but you have the right to do this within 14 days of receipt.

  • The product to be returned must not be damaged.
  • The product to be returned must not have signs of use.
  • The product to be returned must be accompanied by product labels. 

To return the product, proceed as follows:
1. Please fill out the return application. You can find the application here: REFUND REQUEST FORM
2. Go to the nearest parcel machine (DPD/Itella/Omniva); enter the return code and send the package back to us. You can return the goods free of charge.

Omniva return
Select "Return package" from the Omniva parcel machine menu, then enter the return code sent by SMS or e-mail and stick the address card issued by the machine. Put the package in the opened locker and confirm the return by pressing "Confirm". If you have not received the return code by SMS or e-mail, you have the option to return the package to the parcel machine with the original package code. Leave the original package label attached to the returned package. Select "Return package" on the screen of the parcel machine, scan the barcode or enter the original package code and place the package in the locker. The return address card is added by the courier when the parcels have to be picked up.

Itella Smartpost return
Select "Parcel return" from the menu of the Smartpost parcel machine and enter the same code with which the parcel was issued. Then the door opens and you can put the package in the closet. After closing the door, confirm the return by pressing "Print Receipt".

DPD return
Remove the old sticker and stick the DPD return label that came with the order on the package. From the DPD parcel machine menu, select "Send parcel" and then "Send pre-formatted parcel". Scan the barcode on the return label, choose the appropriate size locker, put the package in the locker, close the door and confirm sending the package on the parcel machine screen.

After receiving the return form and the package, we will contact you and make a return.

International refunds

After receiving the refund request form, we will e-mail you exact instructions how to return the package.
When the returned package reaches us, we will refund your purchase.

NB! The customer must reimburse the postage costs for returning the order.
